The Ranch Colony POA website has been activiated for the general use of our community members. A new feature recently added is the Member Forum. This is a SNITZ based forum for communication between residents of the community. Please click the hyperlink above, or visit the Member Forum link under the Community heading in the menu on the left.
Ranch Colony is a gated community located approximately 4 miles west of I-95 and the Turnpike in Jupiter, Florida. Our homeowners are proud of our community with its unique offerings not available anywhere else in the region. A ten minute drive provides immediate needs in the small town charm and convenience of Jupiter, Florida. Another 15 minutes provides ocean access, shopping in Palm Beach, or extended travel via the Palm Beach International Airport. No other community in the region provides large (5-50 acre) home sites in a gated community with paved roads.
One purpose for this website is to acquaint you with Ranch Colony in general, and more specifically with the communities which fall under the membership of Ranch Colony Property Owners Association, Inc. (RCPOA). There are five communities and four Property Owners Associations within Ranch Colony. All property owners in Ranch Estates and Ranch Acres are members of RCPOA. Several property owners in Old Trail are members of RCPOA as well as being members of Old Trail, HOA.

**Note: Property owners of a designated 42.23 acres within the boundaries of Old Trail Community are members of both RCPOA and Old Trail HOA. Per Old Trail HOA official documents, Old Trail HOA pays the member assessments for the 42.23 acres to RCPOA on behalf of those property owners.
Another purpose of this website is to facilitate the communication between association members.
